Phu-Mayo has been offering catering since 2008, after doing courses in Food and Catering. Both the Chef’s and Assistants have undergone this training which was completed at the Jobstart Training Centre, an initiative by CWD.
In addition to the catering service, Phu-Mayo also offers a variety of items for hire for functions, ranging from Crockery (plates, glasses etc.) to tables, chairs, stoves, pots and cutlery.
